Regulatory & Legal Compliance
Anti-Money Laundering & Client Identification Policy
FRealty Partners operates under the strictest compliance standards. This policy document outlines the rigorous protocols implemented to prevent money laundering (PLD) and terrorist financing within all property transactions, listings, and client advisory services.
1. Know Your Customer (KYC) & Identification
Before executing any transaction or contractual agreement, our agents must obtain and verify valid government-issued identification, proof of tax registration, and evidence of the legal origin of funds. For corporate entities, we require complete documentation establishing beneficial ownership structures to ensure transparency and accountability at every stage.
2. Detection & Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)
All compliance officers and licensed agents are trained to evaluate atypical transaction behaviors. Our internal threshold system triggers alert protocols for high-value cash transactions, rapid ownership changes without clear economic purpose, and refusal to provide identification. Any verified anomaly leads to the immediate filing of a Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) to appropriate regulatory financial intelligence units.
